There’s no rule that says a car can’t play soccer, right? It makes a lot more sense than Rocket League celebrate the world cup that games like Call of Duty and it will do so with the Nike FC Cup event in which we can win many rewards and a new Showdown game mode.
When does the Nike FC Cup event start and on what date does it end? Rocket League?
This event will be divided into two. The first part will start on Thursday 17th and the second on Wednesday 30th November 2022.

Challenges and country stickers
In the first phase of the event they will reach Rocket League a series of challenges that will reward us with more than 40 decals from different countries. We will have to complete these challenges by playing Chaos, Dropshot, Snowy Day and Basketball matches. We can also get a golden egg which unlocks items from series 1 to 4 championships.
Both the Nike FC challenges will be available from November 17 to December 6.
fanclash of Rocket League: Nike FC Cup
As of November 17 we will be able to enroll in the Fan Clash site: Nike FC Cup and choose a country. Doing so will unlock the player title “Footy Fanatic” and we can start earning points.
To earn points we have to play games of Rocket League to get points. Each goal, save and assist that we score throughout the event will add points to the country’s total. We will be able to check the progress of the team in the global leaderboard through the Fan Clash page. We will earn ranking rewards based on the points our country has earned throughout the event.
Fan Clash Nike FC Cup Rewards
- 1st position: player title “Nike FC Cup MVP”, goal explosion Nike FC 2022 titanium white, 1 imported reward
- 2nd to 4th position: Nike FC 2022 Titanium White Goal Explosion, 1 Reward Imported
- 5th to 8th position: 1 Imported Reward, 1 Very Rare Reward
- 9th to 12th position: 2 very rare rewards
- 13th to 16th position: 1 very rare reward, 1 rare reward
- 17th to 30th position: 2 rare rewards
- 31st to 43rd position: 1 rare reward
the fanclash of Rocket League Nike FC Cup will start on Thursday, November 17 at 12:00 pm (Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador time) and will end on Wednesday, November 30 at 9:00 pm
Limited Time Mode Nike FC Showdown
In this new 4vs4 game mode, two teams go head to head with a Nike ball and a modified mutator setup. The new ball will curve in the air depending on how you hit it, with a higher top speed and low bounce setting. These changes mean the ball will spend more time on the ground and it will be easier to dribble with the front of the car than the hood.
By playing this mode we will get to know the new arena Champions Field (Nike FC).
The Nike FC Showdown mode will be available on Rocket League between November 30 and December 14, 2022.
Items in the store
To celebrate the world cup and Nike events, the Rocket League store will have the following items available between November 17 and 30, 2022.
- Pack Nike Next Generation– Includes three cool guy-inspired decals Nike Phantom GT – Copper, Nike Tiempo – Copper Y Nike Air Zoom Mercurial – Copper for Octane, Fennec, Dominus and the goal explosion Nike FC 2022. It costs 1,100 credits and each item will be available to purchase individually.
- Pack Nike CR7: includes the decal Nike Air Zoom Mercurial – CR7 and the corresponding Nike Air Zoom Mercurial player sign – CR7 for 300 credits. They are inspired by the soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo’s boots.
When these items become unavailable on November 30, they will arrive to replace them:
- Nike Mercurial Decal – R9 Octane: inspired by guayos 1998 Mercurial R9 by Ronaldo Nazario.
- Pack Nike FC: Futuristic sports style for 300 credits.
They will be available until December 6, 2022.
